We enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities upon request.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics providers who are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Insurance carriers: enrollment applications and EDI 834 transmissions are sent to the carrier you select on behalf of your client, with your authorization.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain data for up to 7 years to comply with insurance industry record-keeping requirements and tax obligations, unless a longer period is required by law.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level security in our database, and regular penetration testing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take every reasonable precaution.
